Jason Forcier is a native of Arizona, born and raise in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to the law, Jason served eleven years in the United States Army and Arizona Army National Guard, as an Air Traffic Controller. Jason was part of the elite 82nd Airborne, serving in the world's only airborne air traffic control unit. Jason is also a combat-veteran of Iraq, serving in the 2003 ground war, and being award two campaign stars.
Jason continues a long-standing tradition of practicing the law. Following in his father's footsteps, Richard Forcier, he is a second generation lawyer, and the fourth lawyer in the family. Jason graduated, cum laude, from Arizona Summit Law School. While at Arizona Summit, he served as the Executive Managing Editor of Law Review.
Jason is also an Arizona licensed Realtor®, and holds several real estate designations, including GRI, rCRMS, ABR, and CNE.
Jason is licensed to practice law in Arizona and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
When not practicing the law, Jason enjoys refereeing soccer and basketball for kids, high school, and adults. Jason was selected as a referee for the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), a soccer league made up of select teams (U-14 through U-18) across the nation. Many of these players go on to college and professional soccer teams.
